1. Custom-Made Products
All custom-made products are specially crafted to your specifications. Therefore, no refunds or exchanges are allowed for these items under any circumstances.
2. General Products
All goods sold are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of:
• Incorrect Products Delivered: If you receive a product that does not match your order, please notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
3. Reporting an Issue
For cases involving incorrect products, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our support team at sales@sinchor.my or call +6016-208 0660 / +6012-316 3266 within 7 calendar days of receipt.
2. Provide your order details and clear photos of the product(s) received.
3. Our team will verify the issue and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item (if applicable).
4. Replacement Process
Once the incorrect item is returned and inspected, we will:
• Replace the item with the correct product at no additional cost.
• Ensure timely delivery of the replacement item.
5. Non-Eligible Returns
Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted for:
• Custom-made products.
• Goods that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• Requests made beyond the 7-calendar-day notification period.
